Around 35% of a retailers customers switch to using WhatsApp during the home delivery and return cycle and our platform automates and deflects approximately 80% of all inbound queries leading to a reduction in customer servicing costs of 25% or more while driving new profitability through our recommendation engine on the new channel. More than 1m people have used our platform across US, UK and Australia.
